Elimination diet day 3: getting creative

It's day three and I'm still going strong with the elimination diet. After a full-on day at work, I wanted nothing more than a glass of wine and a sandwich, but nettle tea and banana on rice cakes were a pretty good snack, all things considered.
Tomorrow I hope to try making mushroom and rice burgers. My creativity hasn't worn out yet, but I am wondering if I can keep it up through the whole period.
