Elimination diet recipe: six grain porridge

6 grain porridge with berries
I used a quarter cup each of:
  • brown rice
  • arborio rice (to make it sticky)
  • black quinoa
  • buckwheat
  • amaranth
An eighth of a cup of chia
A generous tablespoon of almond butter for richness
And a half cup of chopped dates as a sweetener

After 25 minutes of simmering, I added berries which were a great flavour contrast.

A couple of servings left over for future days too.
